The fund's goal is to build interest among funders and to increase the dollars available for AIDS education and services, both nationally and locally; the fund also provides programs and technical assistance for hundreds of local educational, direct service, policy, and other programs that attempt to reach women, adolescents, and ethnic and racial minorities.
