In January 2008, the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, in collaboration with ANTHC, the Rasmuson Foundation, and the Bethel Community Services Foundation, requested that an experienced organization provide an independent, detailed, and objective evaluation of the initial implementation of the Dental Health Aide Therapist (DHAT) program.
